How To Have A Good Day Everyday

Is it possible at all to have a good day everyday?

Many people believe it is. Even more of those people claim that they have been having good days consistently for years on end. They have fulfilled lives and are just brimming with energy.

No, it's not some secret potion and neither is it exorbitant amounts of wealth, although I do agree that having cash to splash would bring some level of happiness.

The secret, if I can call it that is this: daily exercise. That's it. Now let me tell you why.

We've all felt the excitement of receiving a gift that we really wanted right? Now the reason we feel so thrilled by receiving the gift is not so much because of the material thing we are receiving but rather because of an expectation that was met.

When the desire to have something is fulfilled by receiving that very thing our brains release all the feel good chemicals it can to give a physical interpretation of that event. Research has shown that our brains release those same feel good hormones when we exercise.

The end of the matter then becomes very evident: To Have A Good Day Everyday we need to exercise.
