Thank you for stopping by. I hope that the reasons I created this blog will appeal to you because I have created it with you in mind.
There is an overabundance of information on the internet concerning the fitness industry. Some of it is good and some of it is, well let's be honest, lacking.
My intention is to simply provide information which can be used by anyone who is looking to improve their current physical condition and hopefully maintain it to enjoy a higher quality of life.
I have been involved in sports for most of my life and as such would find myself experimenting with weights and a myriad of bodyweight exercises to keep in shape and also to get muscular. Needless to say I didn't stick to any one programme for too long because I would always get bored or find some other method of training to pursue which promised faster and better results.
Well, as with everything in life, the older we get the smarter we become, hopefully:-) So eventually I reached the stage where I realised that if I was ever going to get to the place where I could really stick to a programme and achieve a fitness goal, I would have to educate myself further in this regard.
I am proud to say that after months of studying and attending classes and hours of practical application I am certified in Exercise Science. This does not make me an authority on anything but what it has allowed me to do is to test the available information that is out there.
As I mentioned earlier, this blog has been designed with you in mind because I was exactly where you are. Wanting ever so desperately to make a change in my life and never quite knowing how. Rest assured that all that I have learned and continue to learn will be made available on this blog.
I suppose if I had one request it would be to let me know what you think about the information that I share and even better to share if it has helped you to reach your physical and mental goals. The ancient Greeks believed that a healthy body is to be accompanied by a healthy mind, and so it should be.
I hope that you learn and grow from the information that is provided and moreover take action on your dreams to attain the physical goals that you have been desiring all this time.
